Turnaround

All packages are shipped out after the order is made, Monday thru Friday from 10am to 4pm. Orders will not processed, place into a delivery system or delivered to you on weekends (Saturday and Sundays) or on recognized holidays.

Order Tracking

After your order is placed, your tracking number will be emailed to the day of so that you can stay updated about where your package is located.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We only  offer 2 day shipping or next day shipping. This is a choice we’ve made  because it lessens the ratio of lost or stole packages.

  • Example 1: $7.95 in shipping for a single T-shirt. 
  • Example 2: $36.30 in shipping for 10 T-shirts


Responsibility and Lost Packages     

Once you have made an order with us you must understand that we relinquish all control and liability of mailed packages and you the customer accept that you are now responsible for your orders. We will not be held responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Human error by Doorman
  • Frequent theft of packages
  • High volume of postal traffic 
  • Acts of god 
  • Flood
  • Hurricane
  • Tornadoes
  • Earthquake 
  • Wild or house fire

Meaning that if any of these situations or anything similar to it happen, we will NOT be sending more product to replace the previous order.


Back Orders

Customers will be kept abreast about all orders they may have made while in a state of backorder. An email will sent once we have fixed the problem and the order you have made has been sent out, along with the tracking number.
